The Answers You Need
There are so many variations and options for the products in our shop that we really encourage you to get in touch with us to discuss exactly what you want. There may be options you are not even aware of and talking to us first will give you some even better ideas. Our shop here is mainly to show you some options, variations and pricing, but we very much encourage a conversation to make sure you are beyond delighted with the final product.
I have seen an idea in the shop which I like but I have a few questions about the design. What can I do?
Our aim is to get your artwork delivered in the most cost-effective way, and we use a range of shipping suppliers including Australia Post and courier companies. We will be able to advise you based on which product you have ordered and where you live, what the best and most cost effective shipping method will be. Feel free to get in touch to discuss.
I don't live in the Adelaide Metro area and am not sure what the delivery costs would be.
We do not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind, and we do not send out any items which have not passed our stringent quality control process.
If your item does not arrive in the condition it left our premises, this is taken up with the shipping company for resolution.
If you believe there are extenuating circumstances which warrant a refund, please get in touch with us directly.
