If you are not satisfied with your item, please email us with your concern before returning it.
If the goods you receive are not as described or faulty return them within two weeks of receipt and we will replace them or refund your purchase cost. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card. Alternatively, post back (customer cost) for a refund of your item.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
